Milestones Status and Milestones Status Icon are not displayed in Cases related list in Lightning Experience

In Salesforce Lightning Experience, the Milestone Status and Milestone Status Icon fields do not appear in the Case Related List on parent entities such as Accounts or Contacts. This occurs because these fields require the user to have a minimum of Read access to both the Entitlement Process End Date and Stopped Since fields on the Case object. Additionally, displaying Milestone Status and Milestone Status Icon in the Lightning Experience Case related list is a known current limitation.
