Invalid From email address error when saving auto-response rule

Error: <OrgWideEmailAddressHere> is an invalid From email address.


This error occurs when setting an auto-response rule's from email address to an Organization-Wide Email Address that is set with the purpose: Default No-Reply Address.
 
Решение

It's not currently possible to configure a Default No-Reply Address organization wide email address as the From email for auto-response rules.

However, Organization-Wide Email Addresses that are set with the Purpose: User Selection and Default No-Reply Address are available for selection as the from address for auto-response rules.

Navigate to the affected org wide email address, select the Edit action and change the Purpose from "Default No-Reply Address" to "User Selection and Default No-Reply" and Save.
