Users are not able to upload any files (for example: photos) through a flow action on the FSL mobile app with Community Plus license

Field Service Mobile App throws an error to users (with Community Plus license) while they are attaching a file. If the same community user tries to upload a file through desktop community version or from the Salesforce mobile app, there are no issues seen. On the backend of this operation on FSL mobile app, the user record is not returning any value when they are performing the upload operation through a flow.

From Community portal perspective, the user record is returning a value at backend of the operations and as a result, file upload operation is successful.

Решение
The solution is to add the user as the member of the community site and then the community license users will be able to upload the files on Field Service mobile app.
