Requesting Access to Energy & Utilities and Required Licenses

To enable Energy & Utilities (E&U) in your Salesforce org, the appropriate licenses must be provisioned. Common Energy & Utilities related licenses include:

  • Energy and Utilities – Sales and Service
  • Field Service Plus for E&U
  • Field Service Contractor Plus for E&U
  • E&U Intelligence
  • Contract Lifecycle Management for E&U
  • B2C Order Management for E&U
  • Enterprise Product Catalog
  • Digital Commerce Gateway
  • Customer Community Cloud for E&U
  • Customer Community Cloud+ for E&U

If you’re looking for trial access, managed packages, or Trailhead/Trailforce resources related to Energy & Utilities, ensure your org is properly licensed before proceeding.

解決策
  • For Customer Accounts:
    Salesforce Support is not able to add or modify managed package licenses. To request access to Energy & Utilities products or adjust licenses, contact your Account Executive or Sales Team. They will coordinate with the appropriate provisioning team to fulfill your request.
  • For Partner Accounts:
    Submit a request through Partner Support:
    1. Create a new support case.
    2. Select Product Topic: Partner Program Support.
    3. Choose License Requests (Trial, Developer, or Active Orgs).

    This will route your request to the appropriate Partner Support team for assistance.
