Steps to Grant Salesforce Support Login Access

  1. Use your Salesforce credentials to log in to your PBO.
  2. Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. From the menu, click on Settings link.
  4. On the left panel menu, go to My Personal Information > Grant Account Login Access.
  5. Locate the option for salesforce.com Support.
  6. Set the access duration to 1 month and click Save.
  7. Hovering over the help icon next to this option will display “SFDC Channel Order.”
    1. Please note that this option may not be visible for non-admin users in your org as it will require an admin user with at least “Manage Users” permission (Ref: Knowledge Article).
