Dynamic Related List- Single component on a Knowledge page layout will result in the component not being visible when viewing the article.

Dynamic Related List - Single components are not currently supported for the Knowledge Object.

As an alternative, consider using a Related List - Single component until the Dynamic Related List - Single components become supported on the Knowledge object in a future release.
