Expiration Date Column Not Visible on Installed Packages Page in Setup.

Resolution:

This can be resolved by giving the affected user the "Manage Package Licenses" and "View Setup and configuration" permissions via their profile or a permission set.

Resolution intro:

•  The Expiration Date column is controlled by the "Manage Package Licenses" permission because viewing license expiration is considered a license management action. Grant this permission via the user's profile or a permission set.

Note: the "View Setup and Configuration" permission grants broader access across Setup and should be assigned with care.
