Below are troubleshooting articles to review when encountering issues with creating invoices, posting invoices, cancelling invoices, and processing payments with Salesforce Billing.

An excellent tool to help troubleshoot is to add field history tracking to several key Salesforce Billing objects. The knowledge article Set up Field Tracking History for Salesforce Billing has a list of suggested objects and fields. Salesforce starts tracking field history from the date and time that you enable it for a field. Changes made before this aren’t included and don’t have entries in the History related list.
