Set Org Wide Email Address in Email Action with Purpose

Perform the following steps in this scenario:

STEP 1:

1. Navigate to Setup in salesforce, in the Quick Find box, enter Organization-Wide Addresses and navigate to Organization-Wide Addresses under Email.
2. Click on Add button, enter display name and email address.
3. In the Purpose field:
   • If the from address in the email triggered should have "no.reply@salesforce.com via <email address added in point 2>", then choose the option Default No-Reply Address. Upon choosing this option, this will be the default address for all profiles.
   • If the from address should be just the email address added the point 2, then choose the option User Selection. This option gives the flexibility of adding different from address for different profiles.
4. After choosing the Purpose and profiles, click on Save. An email would have triggered to the mentioned email address for verification.

Please note that, any number of email addresses can be added.

STEP 2: 

1. In email action of IP or OS, in the field Org Wide Email Address, add any email that has been added as part of Step 1.
