Description
Getting IDX Error: NOT_FOUND: Could Not Find A Match For URL when trying to deploy from one org to another.
Résolution
This issue can sometimes happen due to a known issue with managed package classes not working properly after any test class has referenced them. In order to resolve this issue, the Apex classes needs to be recompiled.

Go to Setup----> Apex Classes-----> Compile all classes.
