Identify Which Salesforce Survey or Feedback Management Product Is Provisioned in Your Org

Salesforce offers basic platform survey functionality with 300 survey responses by default.

There are 3 additional Feedback Management products outlined in the Compare the Supported Capabilities for Each License documentation that are available for purchase. Each product builds upon the prior offering with additional survey responses and functionality.

If an administrator has completed the Salesforce Feedback Management Implementation Guide and fully Set Up Salesforce Feedback Management and expected features are not present, verify which product is currently available for your org:

1. Survey Response Pack: Offers additional survey responses in addition to the default of 300 in increments of 1,000. No additional survey features or functionality are included with this product unless Use Customer Lifecycle Analytics is included as an additional add-on.

2. Feedback Management - Starter: Offers 100,000 responses and advanced survey settings.

3. Feedback Management - Growth: Offers unlimited survey responses and Track surveys sent across customer lifecycle.

An administrator can View Your Salesforce Org’s Usage-Based Entitlements in Company Information setup as outlined in the View the Usage of Survey Responses.

Use the following values set for the "Maximum survey responses allowed for an org" to determine which Survey or Feedback Management product may be currently provisioned for your organization:
 

300 - This is the default count for survey responses that are offered through Standard Platform Surveys available at no additional cost. Platform surveys do not include advanced survey settings. See Salesforce Survey Considerations for more information.

1,300 - If the count is in increments of 1,000 this is a good indication your organization has purchased additional survey responses with the Survey Response Pack product. Each response pack includes 1,000 responses in addition to the default 300 offered with standard platform survey functionality and does not extend standard platform survey features or functionality.

100,300 - This indicates you have purchased the Salesforce Feedback Management - Starter product which includes 100,000 survey responses in addition to the default 300 responses. This product includes advanced survey settings with additional features and functionality.

Millions - This indicates you have the Feedback Management - Growth product.


In addition to Usage-Based Entitlements available in Company Information it may be possible to identify which Feedback Management product your org has based on which user profile permissions are available as outlined in the Assign User Permissions documentation.
