This article helps Salesforce administrators identify which Survey or Feedback Management product is active in their Salesforce org by checking Usage-Based Entitlements in Company Information Setup.
Salesforce offers basic platform survey functionality with 300 survey responses by default. There are 3 additional Feedback Management products available for purchase that each build upon the prior offering with additional survey responses and functionality. If an administrator has completed the Salesforce Feedback Management Implementation Guide and fully set up Salesforce Feedback Management, but expected features are not present, use the steps in the Resolution section to verify which product is currently provisioned for your org.
