When sending a WhatsApp message in a Journey, a personalization string lets you insert attributes, such as subscriber name, into your WhatsApp messages. 
Решение
Use a personalization string as a column name in a sendable data extension. WhatsApp currently allows use of any personalization strings based on the Data Extension used in the entry source of the Journey. Any column can be used from the entry source.

Also, advanced personalization can be added using via Lookups or LookupRows as well. Currently, UpdateDE and UpsertDE are not supported.
