Receiving "Saving the filter group has timed out." when Creating or Updating Customizable Rollups (NPSP)

For Organizations using the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and have enabled Customizable Rollups may experience the error of "Saving the filter group has timed out" when creating or updating Customizable Rollups in NPSP Settings. This article explains why this may happen
 
솔루션
This is unfortunately a known/intermittent issue and can occur for a variety of reasons.

1.) Essentially, when we use the Metadata API to deploy changes to Customizable Rollups, it first has to retrieve Metadata information from the org.
-If an Organization is complex, has a lot of data, or resources are limited it can time out while retrieving and then deploying.
2.) This can also be affected by other Deployments in Progress. For example: Change Sets, Apex tests, etc.
3.) It is also a good idea to check your Organization's Code Coverage. To deploy code to Production, you must have at least 75%. You can see this by going to Setup > Custom Code > Apex Triggers, and there clicking on Code Coverage
4.) If you quickly want to update or create Customizable Rollups you can always go in through the backend by going to Setup > Custom Code > Custom Metadata Types > Rollup > Manage Rollups, and there click on "New" (page will load quicker here)
