Marketing Cloud Connect - Grant Login Access

Support will often ask for login access for various troubleshooting purposes. This access is especially important if an issue gets escalated to our engineering teams. Follow the steps below to grant login access within your org for your user. 
  1. Login to your Sales/Service Cloud Org
  2. Click on your name | Click My Settings
  3. Click Personal | Click Grant Account Login Access
  4. Set Salesforce.com Support to 7 days for login-as access
  5. Set Salesforce Support to 7 days for managed package access for the engineering teams
  6. Click Save
Salesforce.com Support - this is login access for your Sales/Service Cloud Org

Salesforce Support - this is specific login access for our engineering teams to review debug logs specific to the Marketing Cloud Connect Managed Package
