In the Salesforce Field Service mobile app, when the user tries to generate a service report by clicking "Create Service Report" on a record. It throws an error, "unable to parse data for /services/data/v56.0/support/fieldservice/ServiceReportTemplate?showDefault=true" making it impossible to generate a service report.
The root cause for the error "unable to parse data"on the Field Service mobile app during the Service report generation was the standard out-of-the-box default template (Standard Template) is "inactive" in the org.
It is recommended to keep the standard out-of-the-box default template (Standard Template) "active" in the org. Following the below steps to make the standard template active:

Mobile:
- From the field service mobile app,
Clear Cached Metadata (Profile > Settings > Advanced Settings > Clear Cached Metadata)

Log out and Log in to reflect the metadata changes in the field service mobile app
