If you spot anything in our knowledge base that is unclear or incorrect in any way, please let us know via one of the processes below.

For Commerce Knowledge Articles & Help Documentation on the Help Portal: Scroll to the bottom of the article where it asks, “DID THIS ARTICLE SOLVE YOUR ISSUE?” Select “Yes” if the article helped you with your issue, or “No” if it didn’t — a text box should then appear where you can provide your feedback.
