Sales Engagement Activity Metrics: FirstEmailDate and FirstCallDate Fields Overview

FirstEmailDate and FirstCallDate Activity Metrics fields are available only to Sales Engagement users. These fields can be used without using Einstein Activity Capture however there are some considerations for using these fields.

 
Решение
FirstEmailDate only populates if the sent email is tracked and sent through Salesforce Lightning, Outlook, or Gmail integrations with Inbox and Inbox mobile app. 

FirstCallDate will be populated only for Sales Dialer and openCTI integration.

FirstEmailDate and FirstCallDate fields are only supported on Who records s e.g. contacts or leads.
