Case email from address defaults to User's email after modifying Email-to-Case routing address

If cases have been previously created via Email-to-Case and the related routing address email is modified, users may find that upon subsequently sending an email from an existing case, the email's from field is no longer defaulted to the routing address as it was before.
 
Решение

Since the Routing Addresses for Email-to-Case email value has been changed, the email address from which existing email-to-case case records were created is no longer present or valid.

In this situation it's expected behavior for the previously existing case's subsequent case emails to default the from field to the current user's email address and place the prior now invalid email-to-case routing address email address in the outbound email's CC field.
