The data populated on the Einstein Engagement Frequency Dashboard is predicated on multiple data sets to construct the various metrics displayed. Our "Analytics" based data set adheres to a 28 day lookback to which account for the designation of Saturated, On Target, & Undersaturated subscribers.

Our "Model Coverage" data set utilizes a 90 day lookback period that configures the "Total Contacts Analyzed" & "Assigned Personalized Frequency" metrics. As these two data sets mix within the Einstein Engagement Frequency Overview this will cause anomalies on Einstein Engagement Frequency Data Quality specific to saturation levels.
