Quip Developer Support is available to Quip Signature customers that have a special Quip Developer Support provision included in their purchasing contract. Through this entitlement, Quip Signature customers can work with a Quip specialist to troubleshoot developer issues related to Quip and Quip Advanced, including issues related to Quip Actions in Salesforce and the following Quip APIs: Admin, Automation, and SCIM.

Notes:
  • Quip Developer Support is provided to Customers’ Designated Contacts responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and deploying code within the Customer’s organization.
  • Customers’ Designated Contacts are required to provide a reproducible environment (sandbox or development) to debug the issue unless the issue only happens in a production environment.
  • All Quip Developer Support recommendations will strictly adhere to Salesforce and Quip best practices.
  • Quip Developer Support is only available in English.

EXCLUDED ITEMS

Quip Developer Support does not include the following:

  • Architecture design suggestions, custom JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Creation of code, including API call creation, SOQL queries, or pre-release regression testing.
  • Custom code troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot/debug third-party or custom-developed applications and integrations.
  • Providing ad-hoc reports. This includes requests for custom usage reports, API usage, or reports related to slow performance/timeouts.
  • Support of pre-release beta features.
  • Load testing.
  • Support in languages other than English.
