✏ Note Push notifications are not available in versions of the Salesforce Authenticator app below 4.3. Also, check the requirements, and if you are using an unsupported version, update to the latest version or authenticate by entering the 6-digit code. On the "Check your mobile device" screen, it will automatically switch to the "Verify Your Identity" screen after 30 seconds, so please enter the 6-digit code. |
Usually, when push notifications cannot be received by the app, it is often confirmed that the cause is related to the mobile device's network.
If you still do not receive push notifications after updating the app to the latest version, open the app and manually refresh it by swiping down on the account list (*).
If this operation does not work, push notifications may be temporarily unavailable due to very high traffic.
Also, a slow Wi-Fi or cellular connection will affect the speed of push notifications.
