Deleting the account from Salesforce Authenticator or uninstalling the app during migration to a new mobile device will prevent login. This article addresses this login issue for MFA in Agentforce Sales, formerly Sales Cloud and Agentforce Service, formerly Service Cloud.
If you delete an account from Salesforce Authenticator (or uninstall the application itself without enabling backup) while it is connected to a user, you will be unable to log in.
