Fecha de publicación: Aug 25, 2025
Descripción

The Manage MFA in User Interface permission allows delegated administrators to help users with multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup and troubleshooting. This permission requires a Salesforce license (not available for community or portal users) because it grants access to core security settings.

There are times when an error occurs when attempting to assign the "Manage MFA in User Interface" permission to a user. Before submitting an activation request, verify that the target user has a Salesforce license assigned. This permission cannot be granted to users on Community, Portal, or other non-Salesforce license types.

Available Editions:

How to Activate:

Verify the target user's Salesforce license and submit an activation request with Salesforce Support if needed

Prerequisites:

Verify that the target user has a Salesforce license assigned before submitting an activation request. This permission is not available for Community or Portal users.
