When a security key for MFA is unresponsive in the Salesforce mobile app for Agentforce Sales (formerly Sales Cloud) or Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud), enable native browser use in [My Domain] settings for iOS and Android and switch the login server.

Risoluzione

To use a security key for MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) on the Salesforce mobile app, you must enable the setting to use a native browser.

In [Setup] | [My Domain] settings, confirm that the following items are enabled:

  • Use the native browser for user authentication on iOS
  • Use the native browser for user authentication on Android

To log in to the Salesforce mobile app using the native browser, switch the login server to your [My Domain] URL.
