This article provides a resolution for the error "The service is temporarily unavailable. Try again later." The error occurs due to a temporary mobile device connection issue or a problem with the connection path to the registered Salesforce Authenticator account.

Ratkaisu

Try the following steps:

  1. Wait for a while and try again.

  2. Restart your mobile device.

  3. Log in using the 6-digit verification code displayed on Salesforce Authenticator.
    Use Salesforce Authenticator TOTP Codes If You’re Offline or Push Notifications Are Unavailable

If the issue is not resolved, log in using the 6-digit verification code, and then re-register the Salesforce Authenticator by disconnecting and registering it again, following the procedures in the pages below:

  1. Disconnect Salesforce Authenticator from a User’s Account

  2. Register Salesforce Authenticator as an Identity Verification Method
