In the Salesforce "Visual Remote Assistant" tool, when a session ends, a pop-up notification prompts the agent or user to click on the OK button in order to generate a session summary. If the agent or user does not click on the OK button in the pop-up notification, the session summary may not be generated, and they may not be able to access or view the recording of the session.
