Salesforce Optimization Profile Creation Error Occurs From Field Service Settings

To assist with the Optimization profile creation error, add the following permissions (in this scenario we found the below two applications from network calls) to the administrator user in the permission set or profile:

1. View Threat Detection Events
2. Manage Security Center

If in your case Application name is different then please grant the permission from its respective event\permission for creating the optimization profile.

If the above method does not resolve the issue, you will need to create an optimization profile on the Salesforce side. Please consider contacting Salesforce Support.  Be sure to grant Salesforce Support login access to your organization and share the Organization ID.
