Data 360: Object Tabs are Missing

Reasons why a tab may be hidden

• New Features are not automatically visible
• Updates from lower environments
  • If your organization deploys changes from an environment (sandbox) where Data 360 is not supported, you may be overwriting your tab visibility for Data 360 objects

Add the Navigation Item

If you do not see any Navigation items other than Home, please follow below steps:

• Click on Edit (pencil icon) to your right end of the Home tab
• Click on Add more items and search for the missing Navigation tabs
• Select the tabs you wish to add and click on Add Nav item button

If the tabs are not visible on the Add Nav Item, follow below steps:

• Navigate to Setup
• In Quick find type Profile
• Select the profile of the Data 360 user that is not able to view the tabs
• Click on Object Settings
• Search for Data Streams, Activations, Segments, Profile Explorer, Data Explorer, Data Model (or any of the Data 360 tabs that you are missing). You will see that these have tab settings as Default off or Tab Hidden
• Click on the tab name that is hidden
• Click on Edit and update to Default On
   

Refresh the page and you should be able to access the tabs.

Note: If you have reviewed the above details and are still not able to access the Segments, Activations or Activation Targets tab, please contact your Account Executive to ensure that you have purchased the Segmentation and Activation add-on license. As outlined in Feature Availability in Data 360 and Customer Data Platform, Data 360 orgs contracted with a Data 360 license require the Segmentation and Activation add-on license to access related functionality.
