Description
To know how Order Summaries are differently captured as of AURA to LWR Site.

In Aura:
Order Summary are captured as "UNMANGED" which are eventually editable after an Order is placed.

In LWR:
Order Summary are captured as "MANAGED" which are eventually non-editable after an Order is placed.
Résolution
Manipulating this value was easy in Aura checkout which was controlled through Flows.

To manipulate the value and change it back to "UNMANAGED" can be achieved by the field OrderLifeCycleType introduced on WebStore object.
  • SELECT Id, OrderLifeCycleType, Name FROM WebStore 
  • This is not yet documented on WebStore Object Reference which is going to be logged as a Document bug.

Note: This value can ONLY be changed for B2B LWR Store. If you change for B2C you will encounter. "The Order LifeCycle Type UNMANAGED is not supported for store type B2C."
