Salesforce New Button for Related List Error "This record is no longer available. Ask your Administrator for help"

Description

When selecting the New button for a related list, an error occurs, "This record is no longer available.  Ask your Administrator for help."  The steps to reproduce the issue are as follows:

1. Open a record.
2. Go to the related list section.
3. Click on the new button for the related list.
4. A tab will pop up with this error "This record is no longer available. Ask your Administrator for help"

Résolution

Clearing the browser cache and cookies will resolve this issue.
