Does the Marketing Cloud Connect managed package support integrating with Salesforce when your ORG enables "Prevent login from https://login.salesforce.com " when using SSO per this documentation?
In your Org's Setup, enabling the setting "Prevent login from https://login.salesforce.com " with the "My Domain" page prevents users from using the standard login.salesforce.com URL to login, requiring them to use their SSO URL only to access the ORG.
This setting prevents a user from completing the initial integration of their accounts when completing step 9 from the Marketing Cloud Connect documentation. When clicking "Connect Account" and attempting to enter their credentials the system will fail to connect.
Disabling the setting will allow a user to complete the integration and the setting can then be enabled within the Salesforce Org.
*Note: Testing has been done to show that the Marketing Cloud Connect package will function with the setting enabled but users should still test and ensure things are functioning correctly, before and after enabling this setting in an integrated ORG, to validate that all processes work correctly. Any support cases requesting assistance for a Marketing Cloud Connect related issue will require the setting be disabled to help troubleshoot.
