FlexCard Access Issue In Community Page Via Guest User

Sometime while trying to view a Flex Card is a Community page via a Guest user, then even with all the permission/licenses and sharing rules in place, getting the following error: 
Error: Failed to get rollup module for forceGenerated__flexCard_TestFlexCard___salesforce___1___false: Unknown Exception

The same error is not visible for authenticated users.

Ratkaisu
This issue happens if the Guest User does not have object level access on Account object. Providing the access fixes the issue.
