Use Static Resources with Embedded Service Chat Deployment on external third party sites.

To ensure that additional branding works on an external site through the Embedded Service Chat Deployment we need to construct URLs to use the static resource within Embedded Service Chat Deployment.
Solución
Follow the below steps to construct URLs for using the static resource with Embedded Service (ESW) chats:
  • Go to Setup -> Sites
  • Locate the URL of the site you're using in the Snap-in Setup
  • Use that URL in the Additional Branding + /resource/static_resource_name


Syntax: Hostname for site endpoint ESW deployment + /resource/static_resource_name.

Example Syntax: 

https://<siteURL>/resource/<static_resource_name>;
