Expert Coaching provides engagements with Agentforce Commerce (formerly Commerce Cloud) subject matter experts to improve adoption of a specific feature or issue for Premier and Signature customers. Along with coaching, we provide engagements to improve adoption of a specific feature or issue with best practice, resources, and recommended next step.

Løsning

To request an Expert Coaching session, navigate to the Expert Coaching Catalog.

  1. Once in the catalog, please select Commerce Cloud.
  2. Select the language and stage.
  3. Select the Request button to request an expert coaching session on the topic.

Please note, only customers with Premier or Signature Success Plans are able to request Expert Coaching session.
