Trailblazer Account Missing Email Address Prevents Org Access and Support Login

How do I fix my TBID account credentials so I can login and get support?
 

  • If you are encountering this issue with your Salesforce Trailblazer credentials when logging in to get support, your Trailblazer (TBID) account is missing an email address.
  • To fix this issue you will need to update your Trailblazer account settings, by deleting the problem credentials and then by adding them back to your Trailblazer Account.

To do this please visit to https://trailblazer.me/settings and follow the steps to resolve the issue.

 

  • Keep note of which Salesforce account is seeing the issue
  • Make sure that the Salesforce account with the issue has a verified email
  • Make sure there is another login method associated with your account
  • If you do not have another login method associated with your account , please add another salesforce account, email account, or social account

  • Once you have established an alternative credential to login to your Trailblazer account. Logout of the Salesforce account that is seeing the issue.
  • Login with the alternative login method using the email / social credentials that are not experiencing the issue
  • Go to https://trailblazer.me/settings
  • Disconnect the Salesforce account that is causing the issue

  • Reconnect the Salesforce account that was experiencing the issue. This should resolve any further issue with login.
