Before being able to delete the data stream, you need to remove any mappings and dependencies. After removing all mappings from data stream you may see the following error when attempting to delete the data stream:
"You cannot delete data streams that are processing, are in the process of deleting, or the associated data lake object have mappings to the data model, are associated with Calculated Insights, or attached to a Data Kit or linked to a data space. Remove any mapped connections and try again."
This article provides steps to delete a data stream's Data Lake Object from Data Space so that this dependency does not prevent deleting the data stream.
To remove a Data Lake Object from Data Space, click the Data Spaces tab and complete these steps for any Data Space associated with the data stream:
Retry deleting the data stream.
Note: Please also ensure that you are removing the Data Lake object/Data stream from any of the Data Kits created from the org as a source,Sematic Data Objects,Data Shares as well as Data transforms and Calculated insights.
