Trailblazer ID (TBID) uses a connected app to enable authentication to your org. If you have enabled the feature “API Allow listing” in your org, your org will prevent Connected Apps that are not installed from functioning. If your org is configured this way, to allow your users to access TBID, you must install the TBID Connected Application.

  4. Look for “tbid.digital.salesforce.com” app
    1. If you are unable to locate “tbid.digital.salesforce.com”, please follow the steps below to Install the TBID Connected Application

      1. Uninstall = TBID Connected Application is already installed
      2. Install = TBID Connected Application is not installed already.
        1. Click "Install"
