Getting error "Something went wrong. An error has occurred" while scanning the 'Product Transfer' request from the Inventory tab only in Salesforce Field Service Mobile

While scanning the Pending product transfer request from the Salesforce Field Service mobile app to accept the product also got the error "An error has occurred. Try again." The issue is coming for the community licensed users.

Løsning

Changing the 'Sharing Settings' on the 'Serialized Product' object from 'Private' to 'Public read/write' the issue will be resolved.
Most of the time only community users faced this issue but if it's happening for other users as well then we must give the 'CREATE, READ, EDIT, VIEW ALL RECORDS, MODIFY ALL RECORDS' access on the 'Serialized Product' object on the permission set assigned to the user or we must change the sharing settings.
