  • MCI Support is provided to Marketing Cloud Intelligence Contacts responsible for setting up, designing and utilizing the platform.
  • Contacts are required to provide a workspace ID related to the question, unless the question is related to the whole environment. Most cases also require granting Support access to the account and workspace to investigate the request.

Marketing Cloud Intelligence Support does not include the following:

  • Contractual and billing questions. Please contact your Account Executive on these.
  • Creation of new users, editing user groups and permissions
  • Changing permissions and roles of internal users
  • Providing or deploy custom code solutions for custom widgets, data streams, or actions.
