To resolve the issue, please follow the below steps:
1. Check if the org is on standard runtime, if yes, after creating the Flexcard, go to Flexcard Menu. 2. Select "Deploy Standard Runtime Compatible LWC". 3. Once this is done, refresh the page. 4. Click on "Publish Options", it will now start showing the results.
