`Data Storage Limits Exceeded` error while upgrading the Vlocity managed package

Customers can encounter an issue while upgrading the Vlocity managed package with the following error: (cs_pdftron_office) Data Storage Limits Exceeded, Details: Your company currently has exceeded its data storage limits including an extra overflow buffer. Per our terms and conditions, we cannot permit additional data creation within our system until your company first reduces its current data storage. Please contact your company's salesforce.com administrator to resolve this. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
솔루션
Customers encounter this error when the org has exceeded the maximum allowed storage of Static resources. If the static resources are being changed in an org where the Static Resources Limit of 250MB is exceeded, then
  1. Some static resources will need to be shortened or deleted to allow the managed package to install properly. OR
  2. Create a Support case and request for increasing the Static Resources Limit on the Org.
