Non-admin users can't access Regulatory Transaction Fee related list

Non-admin users receive a "You don't have access to this record. Ask your administrator for help or to request access." error when trying to view a Regulatory Transaction Fee related list from a Business License Application or Individual Application record page even if the user has the Public Sector Access Permission Set License and Read permission on the Regulatory Transaction Fee object.

The Regulatory Transaction Fee related list on Business License Application has a special logic. It fetches the Regulatory Transaction Fee records directly related to the Business License Application and also shows the fees for the related Visits of the application, fees related to Regulatory Code Violations linked to the Visit, and also fees related to Violation Enforcement Actions linked to Regulatory Code Violations. The User needs read access for all the dependent entities to see this related list. This also applies to the Regulatory Transaction Fee related list on Individual Application.
Løsning

Ensure that the user has "Manage Industries Visit" and "Grant users access to Public Sector features." checked in the system permissions of the user's permission sets.

"Manage Industries Visit" comes with Industries Visit permission set.

"Grant users access to Public Sector features." comes with Public Sector Access and Public Sector Field Access permission sets.
