Attempting to assign the Slack Service User Permission fails, possibly with error
솔루션
  1. Slack Service User Permission is missing from the Org
    1. In the Salesforce Org,>Go to Setup>Initial Slack Setup and verify the Terms & Conditions have been checked.
    2. Verify that you can see ‘Service Cloud for Slack’ listed under Setup in the Salesforce org.
      1. If you do not see Service Cloud for Slack’ listed under Setup in the Salesforce org, verify if there are any Service Cloud User Licenses. Service Cloud License is required for the Slack Service User permission set. Refer to Account Executive.
  2. Error: "Failure: All Slack Service User Permission-set licenses are in use. For more licenses, contact your Salesforce.com representative",
    1. Verify if all of the Service Cloud User Permissions have been used. Service Cloud License is required for the Slack Service User permission set. Refer to Account Executive.
