When experiencing difficulty connecting the Service Cloud for Slack App, the following steps may help resolve this issue.
Error: "You don't have the user permissions to access this Slack app. For help, contact your Salesforce admin"
Error: "You do not have the appropriate permissions to install this app on this Workspace. Please reach out to one of your App Managers if you'd like additional information, or to ask them to install this app."
Error: "It looks like you already connected this Slack user to another Salesforce account."
Note: If the Slack Workspace was connected to a Sandbox which was refreshed prior to the connections being removed, you need to create a Support case to remove the stuck routing.
