If you do not yet have access to a Data 360 account, there are a couple different paths to get one depending on your account type.
Data 360 Free for Enterprise and Unlimited Edition customers was announced at Dreamforce 2023 - check out the Free Data 360 FAQ. For this edition, please have an admin navigate to Your Account to see if you qualify for Data 360 Provisioning.
Your Account Resources:
Note: You may still see the Data 360 Provisioning card even if you are not yet eligible. When checking out you will get an error that says “Data 360 Provisioning is not available in your region yet, please contact your Account Executive for availability.”
Note: You may also get a message such as “Contact Sales”. In that case, please work with your Account Executive to finalize.
If you do not see Your Account, do not have the option to add Data 360 Provisioning, or upon checking out receive an error, check out some of the common reasons below.
If you're not able to select Browse & Buy or get a banner that says "We're waiting for the order to be finalized with an e-signature. Purchasing is available when the order is complete", it means that an authorized user at your company needs to sign and submit the order form either in Your Account or through the link emailed to them. Once that is complete, you're ready to start using Data 360. If you still have issues, please work with your Account Executive for availability.
If you see "No Eligible Contracts" when navigating to Your Account, your account is not eligible to self-enroll. Please work with your Account Executive for alternatives.
Consulting partners can access a free trial org when completing the Data 360: Practical Experience course in Partner Learning Camp. These orgs are self service and can be requested via the Demo Org tab in Partner Learning Camp. Please use Demo Type of DCDO (Data 360 Demo Org).
Note: these trial orgs expire after 30 days and cannot be extended.

Log a case with support to get Data 360 Licenses added to your Org.
Once orgs have Data 360 licenses provisioned, Data 360 Setup can be accessed by a system admin.
In some orgs, a system admin needs to first provision Data 360.
Assign User Permissions
To access the Data 360 app, you must add Data 360 permission sets to users who need access.
