作为我们 Marketing Cloud Social Studio 停用计划的一部分，Salesforce 将于 2024 年 11 月 18 日停用 Social Customer Service 和 Social Customer Service 入门包。  
 

此更改对我有何意义？

从 2024 年 11 月 18 日开始，或在您当前订阅结束时，以先到者为准，您将无法再访问 Social Customer Service 或 Social Customer Service 入门包应用程序和功能。

所有数据将作为标准对象集的一部分保留在 Salesforce 内的关联 Social 对象中。但是，Salesforce 不会升级超过停用日期的 Social 对象。

如果您的 Social Customer Service Pro 产品的订阅期限超过 2024 年 11 月 18 日，Salesforce 将直接联系您讨论您的选项。

我可以采取什么行动？

Salesforce 建议至少在 Marketing Cloud Social Studio 产品的订单结束日期前 90 天或 2024 年 11 月 18 日（以较早者为准）前，检索您的 Social Studio 数据，前提是您将 Social Studio 用作 Social Customer Service 或 Social Customer Service 入门包的一部分。有关更多信息，请参考 Social Studio 数据摘录。
