[Accessibility] Salesforce Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR)

Date de publication: May 5, 2026
Description

The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is a standardized form to document a product’s conformance with accessibility standards. The VPAT is used for creation of Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) describing the accessibility of a product’s features. Our ACRs are completed both internally and through third-party vendors. Our ACRs use the International edition of the VPAT, which includes the standards with which we align our products.

1. Accessing Reports

The most current ACRs for all Salesforce products (including Tableau, MuleSoft, and Slack) are hosted on our Product Accessibility Status page at https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/508_accessibility/.

Tip: Use Ctrl + F (Windows) or Cmd + F (Mac) on the status page to quickly find specific products like "Education Cloud," "Sales Cloud," or "Tableau".

2. How to Read and Interpret our ACRs

When reviewing an ACR, Salesforce uses the following standard terminology to describe the "Level of Support":

  • Supports: The functionality of the product has at least one method that meets the criterion without known defects.

  • Partially Supports: Some functionality of the product does not meet the criterion.

  • Does Not Support: The majority of product functionality does not meet the criterion.

  • Not Applicable: The criterion is not relevant to the product.
