As outlined in Get Started Using Data 360, to access Data 360 after logging into your org choose it from the App Launcher on the top-left of the UI. In order to see Data 360 in the App Launcher your user must first be assigned a Data 360 permission set granting access to Data 360. Refer to Data 360 Permission Sets for a list of the standard permission sets that give access to Data 360. The steps to assign a permission set are confirmed in Assign Data 360 Permission Sets.
If you do not see any of the Data 360 permission sets in your org, Data 360 is probably not provisioned to your org. If you have an Enterprise or Unlimited Edition review Free Data 360 Account for more information on how to sign up for Data 360 in Setup > Your Account.
Note: if you have recently Migrated Users from a Customer Data Platform License to a Data 360 License, any users without the new Data 360 license will not see the Data 360 app. See Data 360: SKUs and Pricing Models for more information.
If you have confirmed your user is already assigned a Data 360 permission set but you are still unable to see Data 360 in the App Launcher. Review the steps listed below.
Note: if you do not have an administrator user with access to Salesforce Setup, please ask your System Administrator to confirm you have been assigned a Data 360 permission set. A System Administrator should then be able to review the following steps if Data 360 is still not listed in App Launcher.
