Salesforce Field Service Mobile App Builder Configuration Not Applied to the Mobile User

The user created a Salesforce Field Service Mobile App configuration from the Field Service Mobile App Builder and assigned it to Profiles.  This update was then published, but the Salesforce Field Service Mobile App for the mobile user does not show the change.

Risoluzione

In order to apply the Field Service App Builder configuration changes in the Salesforce Field Service Mobile App, you must enable two system permissions under the Mobile License Permission Set:

 

  • Lightning SDK for Field Service Mobile
  • Custom Applications for Field Service Mobile
