Data 360: Unmapping error: "Unable to delete the field mapping. The field is used in flexi page."

In addition to what's documented in the Remove a Field from a Data 360 Page article, (Admin) users can locate the Lightning/flexi page they want to edit in a more streamlined fashion by going to Setup>User Interface>Lightning App Builder.

There are currently 5 Lightning Pages for Data 360 by the label, CDPDefaultRecordPage. Since they are prefaced by "CDP", click on C in the navigation to go to those pages:

  1. CDPDefaultRecordPageUnifiedssotIndividualIr[Ruleset ID]
  2. CDPDefaultRecordPageUnifiedssotPartyIdentification[Ruleset ID]
  3. CDPDefaultRecordPageUnifiedssotContactPointAddress[Ruleset ID]
  4. CDPDefaultRecordPageUnifiedssotContactPointEmail[Ruleset ID]
  5. CDPDefaultRecordPageUnifiedssotContactPointPhone[Ruleset ID]

Note: Each page would be prepended by the ruleset ID of your Identity Resolution.

Ratkaisu

If you know which flexi page the field's being used on, feel free to go to that page and click the gear icon>'Edit Page' as noted in the Remove a Field from a Data 360 Page article.

If you don't know which flexi page the field's being used on, it's easier to go through Setup and click 'Edit' for each CDPDefaultRecordPage until you locate the field to remove it.
